We did not utilize the pool or hot tub. 10-15 minute walk to downtown restaurants (and quite a few within 5 min walk). Super easy check in process, and host was very responsive to a few notes I sent about the TV. Overall we had a nice stay and Canmore is an awesome spot away from the craziness of the town of Banff.
